Our People

Founder & Director: Debra Fisher

Debra is an outstanding senior marketing professional with expertise in project management and a talent and passion for delivering positive change through the development and alignment of people and practical processes.

Debra has a wealth of marketing experience spanning over 18 years. This includes working on both the Client and Agency side, closely with company boards and business executives as well as consulting on large scale initiatives around marketing capability and alignment.

Prior to establishing Marketing Drivers (UK) in 2003, Debra had successes in blue chip (FTSE 100/Fortune 500) financial services companies which included Abbey (Bank of Santander) and Coutts (part of Royal Bank of Scotland and known as the ‘Queen’s Bank’). In addition, Debra brings senior brand and marketing process/change management consulting experience through various senior positions held such as Project Director at Added Value (WPP Group) and Director of Tempus Partners (WPP Group).

In 2009, Debra set up the American arm of Marketing Drivers based out of New Jersey and now oversees both the UK and US business. She has since also become extensively involved in her local community and was recently nominated by The Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex as one of the emerging leaders of the County in New Jersey. This included being awarded a place on the prestigious Tanzman Fellows Community 2012 Leadership Program. Additional Information:

Debra has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Management Sciences (specialising in Marketing) from the University of Manchester, England and has been accredited with full member status of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

She is also the Founder and Chair of the Marketing Strategy Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County and a member of the Board of Trustees for another non profit organisation in New Jersey, USA.

Associate: Myra Landsburg

Myra Landsburg is a business strategist, specialising in working with clients to provide faster, innovative solutions to their marketing problems. Working on a project basis, she approaches each problem with objectivity, high energy and a commitment to finding solutions quickly and effectively.

She regularly collaborates with Marketing Drivers on strategic initiatives and through her project management and team building skills she is able to combine internal talent with outside inspiration to achieve long lasting success for our clients.

Myra has over 25 years of commercial experience in international marketing and consultancy. She has held senior positions at Ogilvy & Mather (London, Toronto & Frankfurt) in which she managed accounts such as Lever, Kimberly Clarke and Jacobs Suchard. She has also been Worldwide Account Director at BBDO, Dusseldorf , responsible for managing the Mars business. In 2001, she was recruited and appointed as Company Director to expand and energise the Tempus Group offering through the launch of Tempus Partners.

The breadth of her consultancy experience is just as impressive; a key achievement being her work at Vodafone in which she played a major part in managing the transition from the local D2 brand to Vodafone, in the largest corporate takeover at that time.

In addition to Myra's wealth of experience, she has an MBA in Marketing and a BA in modern languages. Her linguistic skills are second to none – in addition to speaking English she speaks fluent German, French and basic Spanish.

 

Associate: Tom Davis

Tom has extensive experience of financial services marketing and product development with Bank of Bermuda Private Client Services, Coutts and NatWest Bank Small Business Services. He has lectured in marketing at London Metropolitan University on both their MA and CIM programs and currently lectures at the Marketers Forum.

Tom is passionate about making a positive difference at all levels and combines his marketing talent and project management/process expertise to bring about sustainable change in organisations. His experience also stretches to non-profit organisations such as Sustain (the Alliance for Better Food and Farming; also the Centre for Innovation in Voluntary Action), the Children’s Development Bank in Delhi, War Child UK and Action for Children.

Tom has an MA in English from University of London and an MA in Marketing from the University of Greenwich, a FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and the Association for Project Management (APM).

Associate: Julie Delahoy

 Julie regularly collaborates with Marketing Drivers on strategy and project implementation.

Julie has over 20 years commercial experience in marketing and education gained through previous positions such as Marketing Manager for Lee Cooper Jeans and Head of Education for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Julie is involved in the development of National Occupational Standards for Marketing and also consults widely to various bodies in the area of marketing education.

Julie has excellent project, relationship and crisis management skills. In addition, she has extensive experience of implementing international change management programmes.

Julie is a Chartered Marketer with an MBA from the Open University.
